Shipping:
All orders ship 3-5 business days via USPS for domestic shipping. Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5business days for an email attached with your unique tracking number.
*We do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses provided or shipments shown as "delivered" in tracking updates. The shipment costs of a product with an incorrect address are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, used products are unable to be returned or exchanged. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs on returned items.
Refunds
Refunds are NOT accepted.
Damaged Product
Send an email along with pictures to shop@marieshalo.com Be sure to submit your full name and order number with your claim.
