All orders ship 5-7 business days via USPS or UPS for domestic shipping.  Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for an email attached with your unique tracking number.   

*We do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses provided or shipments shown as "delivered" in tracking updates. The shipment costs of a product with an incorrect address are the sole responsibility of the customer. 


Due to the nature of our products, used products are unable to be returned or exchanged with the exception of damaged items. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs on returned items.


Refunds are NOT accepted.
